Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $30.00 - $32.00 Hourly Hours: 7:00 am- 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday Saturday overtime availability required Benefits of the punch press lead: 401(k) with company match Health, life, and dental insurance Paid time off Employee assistance program Temp-to-hire stability with advancement opportunities Duties of the punch press lead: Lead the press setup, operation processes, and optimize room efficiency Facilitate training, monitor employee progress, and assist with developing resources Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations during setup and operations Maintain accurate training records, process improvements, and communicate with management Requirements of the punch press lead: High School Diploma or equivalent with previous metal stamping experience In-depth knowledge of press setup, operations, and ability to lead others Familiarity with manufacturing computer applications and strong problem-solving skills Possess or be willing to purchase required inspection and hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime as required Additional information: Apply today!
