Twin City Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable day-shift aluminum MIG welder to join a growing manufacturing team. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who takes pride in producing clean, accurate welds and consistently meeting high-quality standards. Apply today! Duties of the aluminum MIG welder: Perform precision MIG welding on aluminum components and assemblies according to blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols Fit, position, clamp, and align parts before welding using grinders, hand tools, and measuring instruments Set up and adjust welding equipment settings based on material thickness, heat control, and job requirements Inspect completed welds for appearance, strength, and dimensions while maintaining a clean, safe work area Requirements of the aluminum MIG welder: Previous professional MIG welding experience required, with strong aluminum MIG welding skills highly preferred Ability to read blueprints, interpret weld symbols, and use measuring instruments accurately Solid knowledge of weld preparation, fit-up, heat control, and distortion prevention Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality workmanship, and ability to work well within a production team Additional information: Apply today!
