CNC Swiss Operator– Day, Night or Weekend Shift ($26 - $30/hr) Micro-Matics Inc. is a leader in providing high quality precision Swiss components and assemblies to some of the largest companies in the medical, aerospace, and commercial industries. Responsibilities: - Equipment operation - Collect data from inspections - Light process troubleshooting - Light maintenance - Tool selection - 1st article inspections Requirements: - Two years of experience operating CNC Swiss machinery in a manufacturing environment - Two years of trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss machines - Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities. - Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T ** If no CNC Swiss experience, CNC background with strong ability/desire to learn Swiss is acceptable. Skills: - Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision. - Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be. - Needs to maintain compliance with company’s policies and procedures - Maintain clean and organized work environment Benefits: - Competitive wage - Paid PTO & holidays - Medical, dental, vision, H.S.A - 401k & match - Weekly Pay - Overtime pay after 40 hours for Day and Night Shift, and after 36 hours for -- Weekend Shift - Gain Share Program - Automatic participation in profit sharing with bonuses averaging 3-6% of monthly wages, and 2% of annual wages Schedule: Day Shift: Monday - Thursday 5:30am - 4pm Night Shift: Monday - Thursday 4pm - 2:15am * Weekend Shift: Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm* *Includes 15% Shift Differential
