Our Shipping & Receiving Department is an essential part of our operation, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality, enjoys staying organized, and understands the importance of accuracy throughout the shipping process.
Whether you're preparing customer orders, inspecting finished parts, coordinating deliveries, or communicating with production, your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a difference every day.
What You'll Do
Inspect and clean precision machined parts, including first article, in-process, and final inspections as assigned.
Prepare finished parts and required paperwork for customer shipments.
Coordinate and complete deliveries and pickups as assigned.
Tumble, buff and sand parts to meet customer specifications.
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment as assigned.
Communicate job status and production updates verbally or in writing as requested.
Work closely with team members across shifts to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction.
Maintain work tools, equipment, and a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Turn off equipment when not in use and follow company safety procedures.
Assist with other duties as assigned to support production and shipping operations.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, values teamwork, and understands that the little details make a big impact.
Qualified candidates should have:
Experience working in a manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or warehouse environment preferred.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Experience using sonic cleaning machines, tumblers, or similar equipment is a plus.
Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
The ability to work independently while maintaining high standards for quality and accuracy.
The ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
A mindset focused on reliability, continuous improvement, and helping the team succeed.
