Twin City Staffing is hiring a detail assembler to construct linear actuators, small electric motors, wire harnesses, and circuit components at a benchtop station. Location: Saint Paul, MN
Wage: $20.00 – $25.00/hr. (Based on experience)
Hours: 1st Shift: 6:30 am – 3:00 pm, Monday – Friday (Occasional optional overtime)

Duties of the electronic electrical assembler:
Assemble linear actuators, small electric motors, clutches, and metal or plastic components at a benchtop station
Utilize hand and power tools, including drills, drivers, wrenches, ratchets, pliers, and wire cutters
Fabricate basic wire harnesses (cutting, stripping, looming, adding pins/connectors) and run benchtop testing equipment
Perform hand soldering for through-hole and surface-mount electronic components following diagrams and prints
Requirements for the electronic electrical assembler:
Prior experience with production or benchtop assembly of small mechanical and electrical components
Hands-on wire harness assembly experience, including stripping, pin insertion, looming, and simple troubleshooting
Proficiency with hand soldering techniques for circuit board and terminal connections
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, simple engineering diagrams, and written work instructions
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
