Job Description:

The Quoting & Commercial Operations Specialist executes accurate and timely customer quotations.    Approximately 60% of the role is focused on quoting CNC machined components, including CNC Swiss turning and CNC milling. Quotations are developed for the complete manufacturing process. This includes required secondary operations and supporting processes such as deburring, cleaning, passivation, heat treatment, surface finishing, laser marking, inspection, outside processing, packaging, and other applicable manufacturing or quality requirements.    The position reviews engineering drawings and specifications, interprets dimensions and GD&T, develops and validates manufacturing cost inputs, performs required calculations, compiles supplier pricing and lead-time information, and coordinates quotations through technical and commercial review.    The remaining 40% supports Commercial Operations, including Customer Success, projects, reporting, data maintenance, and other departmental priorities. Quoting is the primary responsibility of the position, and other Commercial Operations activities are prioritized around quoting workload and business needs.    The role supports one standardized quoting process across C-Axis facilities.
