Job Description:

Are you an experienced assembler with strong attention to detail and a steady work history? We’re hiring a microscope assembler to join a high-performing team in Shoreview, MN. This full-time, 1st shift opportunity offers great benefits, competitive pay, and a cleanroom environment ideal for candidates with experience in medical assembly, PCB, or microscope work. Location: Shoreview, MN Wage: $20 – $30/hr. (Depending on Experience) Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Benefits of the microscope assembler: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Scheduled raises and performance reviews Company events and team-building activities Long-term customer base and shop stability Ongoing learning and development opportunities Duties of the microscope assembler: Use microscopes to perform detailed assembly and inspections Operate equipment for wafer fabrication processes Transport wafers and materials throughout the cleanroom Perform SPEC tests, material inspections, and equipment qualifications Monitor equipment and make adjustments for peak performance Record data related to wafer processing and ensure quality standards are met Requirements of the microscope assembler: 10+ years of consistent work experience Strong microscope and/or PCB assembly experience (medical assembly also considered) Cleanroom experience is a strong plus Non-smoker (required due to cleanroom environment) ITAR compliant Additional Information: Apply today!
