Job Description:

Twin City Staffing is hiring a material handler for a premier production facility in Arden Hills, MN! In this role, you will operate forklifts, stage materials for production departments, complete quality inspections, maintain SQF/GMP standards, and prepare outgoing shipments. Hours: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am, Monday – Friday Benefits of the material handler: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) Life insurance coverage and paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for internal advancement in a supportive team environment Duties of the material handler: Supply production, press, laminating, and slitting departments with required raw materials to maintain continuous workflow Safely operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts to receive, unload, stage, and move inventory across the facility Execute quality checks, weigh waste/recycled materials, and maintain accurate inventory documentation Adhere to strict Safe Quality Food (SQF) requirements, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and facility safety protocols Requirements of the material handler: Minimum 2+ years of experience operating sit-down or stand-up forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Minimum 2+ years of material handling experience working with manufacturing orders and imperial/metric measurements Requirement to wear steel-toed safety boots and mandatory PPE (safety glasses and hearing protection) Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally, lift 30 lbs. frequently, and push/pull up to 25 lbs.
