Title: Business Systems Manager Department: Finance / Business Systems Supervisor: Controller Position Type: Salaried, Full-time Work Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility as agreed upon Base Salary Range: $110k-$130k, depending on experience and fit About Klesk Metal Stamping: Klesk Metal Stamping Co. manufactures precision metal components for customers across aerospace, industrial, dental, medical, power sports, and telecommunications industries. Purpose: Klesk Metal Stamping is seeking a Business Systems Manager to strengthen ERP utilization, data integrity, reporting, process alignment, and business system adoption across the organization. Reporting to the Controller, this role will serve as a hands-on business systems resource and internal partner to Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Sales, IT partners, and external ERP resources. The successful candidate will help Klesk use Syteline CloudSuite Industrial and related systems more consistently, accurately, and effectively. This is not an IT infrastructure or cybersecurity leadership role. Klesk has external partners supporting managed IT services and managed cybersecurity services. This role will coordinate with those partners as needed, but the primary focus is business systems execution, ERP adoption, reporting, user enablement, and process improvement. Success will be measured by improved system adoption, better data quality, clearer reporting, stronger process discipline, reduced dependence on informal workarounds, and improved visibility for business decision-making. Key Outcomes: Stronger Syteline adoption and more consistent system usage Improved ERP data integrity, setup accuracy, and process alignment Better reporting, visibility, and decision support across the business Reduced reliance on spreadsheets, workarounds, and tribal knowledge Improved documentation, training, and user confidence Stronger partnership among Finance, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales More effective coordination with ERP, IT, and cybersecurity partners as needed Practical system improvements that support Klesk’s growth and operating discipline Key Responsibilities: Business Systems Support & Ownership Serve as a primary internal resource for Syteline CloudSuite Industrial and related business applications Help ensure business systems are used consistently, effectively, and in alignment with business processes Partner with users to troubleshoot issues, clarify system usage, and improve adoption Coordinate system-related priorities with Operations, Quality, Sales, Finance and external partners ERP Stabilization & Process Alignment Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement of ERP (Syteline CloudSuite Industrial) Review master data, workflows, reporting, security/access, and process alignment Identify gaps between current system use and intended functionality Help prioritize and implement practical improvements that improve execution Support testing, documentation, training, and rollout of system enhancements Data, Reporting & Visibility Improve reporting accuracy, data quality, and business visibility Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, data views, and decision-support tools Partner with leaders to define useful metrics and improve access to reliable information Help reduce manual reporting, duplicate data entry, and inconsistent spreadsheet-based processes User Enablement & Documentation Provide hands-on support, training, and coaching to system users Create and maintain practical documentation, work instructions, and process guides Help build internal subject matter expertise across departments Translate technical or system concepts into clear, usable guidance for non-technical users Process Improvement & Cross-Functional Execution Partner with leaders to identify process gaps, system issues, and improvement opportunities Support standardization, documentation, and operational discipline Help ensure business processes and system capabilities remain aligned Lead or support assigned improvement projects from issue identification through implementation External Partner Coordination Coordinate with ERP consultants, IT providers, cybersecurity partners, and software vendors as assigned Translate business needs into clear requests, priorities, and follow-up actions Help Klesk get stronger value from outside resources by improving clarity, accountability, and internal ownership What This Role Is Not: Not a help desk or hardware support role Not a CIO, CISO, or IT infrastructure leadership role Not a remote-only analyst role Not a passive report writer or ticket taker Not responsible for replacing Klesk’s managed IT or managed security partners Qualifications Required: Experience supporting ERP, business systems, reporting, data, or process improvement in a manufacturing or operations environment Strong understanding of how business processes connect to system usage and data quality Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve process or system issues Ability to translate user needs into practical system improvements, reports, workflows, or documentation Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical users Demonstrated ownership, initiative, follow-through, and problem-solving ability Comfort working hands-on in a growing company where systems and processes are still maturing Qualifications Preferred: Experience supporting data cleanup, master data governance, process documentation, or ERP adoption Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Excel, reporting platforms, or similar tools Experience in manufacturing, industrial, aerospace, medical device, or regulated environments Familiarity with CRM, Microsoft 365 tools, workflow tools, or system integrations Experience with Syteline CloudSuite Industrial or another manufacturing ERP system Experience coordinating with external ERP, IT, or cybersecurity partners Compliance Disclaimer: This position may require access to technical data subject to U.S. export control regulations under ITAR and EAR.
