Job Description:

Laser Mark/Weld/Cutting  Operate and set-up the laser equipment to ensure all product/part conform to customer specifications and/or process prints. Visually validate laser equipment to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. Measures any dimensions using proper equipment to confirm program is correct (i.e., caliper, optical comparator, gauging) and adjusts as needed. Grinding and Sanding  Operate standard deburr & polish equipment (e.g. vibratory & barrel tumbling) in a production shop environment. Grinding, filing, buffing, sanding, polishing, and finishing metal parts to remove burrs and smooth contoured surfaces with small power & hand tools.  Coil Wind/Cut  Assemble components to cylinder Perform machine and material set up Load cylinder to machine. Wind coil as per specs. Verify accuracy of winding per in-process checklist Unload and upend coil and position end assembly as required
