Job Description:

Responsibilities: • Independently complete full tear-downs and set-ups on CNC milling machines • Set tooling, fixtures, work offsets, and prove out first-run parts • Read and edit FANUC programs • Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues • Read blueprints and hold tight tolerances • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools • Support and train machine operators as needed • Identify process improvements and reduce cycle times • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Follow all quality and safety procedures Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years CNC mill set-up experience or equivalent education and certification • Experience with Doosan, Daewoo, or similar CNC mills • Ability to independently perform complete machine set-ups • Strong understanding of FANUC controls • Ability to read blueprints and inspection documents • Experience using micrometers, calipers, indicators, and gauges • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Programming experience is a plus • Dependable and team-oriented attitude Schedule: First Shift Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm Second Shift Monday–Thursday | 3:30pm–2:00am
