It can be lonely at the top. You don’t have to shoulder the leadership of your precision manufacturing company all by yourself. Join a MPMA Leadership Council where you can discuss the challenges you are facing as a leader.

MPMA Leadership Councils Provide

• Opportunities to obtain feedback and guidance from peers in a confidential setting.
• Discussions about issues such as leadership, sales, succession planning, goal setting, employee performance and much more!
• Different tiers of Leadership Council available based upon your role (Executive, Key Management, Growing Leader, etc.).
• Participate in Leadership Council member shop tours, virtual meetings, and in-person meetings. Meetings are 3-4 hours in length.
• Access to a professional facilitator who organizes and leads each meeting.

The fee to participate in a Leadership Council is $2,400/year, which is a great value when compared to other executive groups. Members are presidents, owners, and managers of precision manufacturing companies.
